CSX Transportation and General Mills were hit with a liability lawsuit in Georgia federal court by a former conductor whose right arm was amputated after he was attacked by a bird outside a General Mills plant, fell on a railway and got hit by his train.

 

Conductor suffered amputation of dominant arm above the elbow after being struck and run over by lead car in shove movement.
